We use TT (telegraphic transfer) as standard for B2B orders, typically 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. Other arrangements can be discussed per order.

Yes. We export worldwide including South Africa, with FOB, CIF and DDP shipping options available.

FOB means we deliver the goods to the port of departure; CIF adds insurance and freight to the destination port; DDP covers delivery to your door including duty and taxes. We can quote all three.

Sea freight to South African ports (Cape Town, Durban) typically takes about 25-40 days, while air freight takes roughly 5-10 days. Exact timing depends on the route and we confirm it at quotation.

We support buyers with the documentation needed for the destination market, including COA, ingredient information and testing reports. Product registration is completed by the importer or brand owner, and we cooperate fully during the process.

Supplements and complementary medicines sold in South Africa must follow SAHPRA requirements. We provide compliance documentation support so you can register and market products correctly.
